Advisor to Easy Partner on the sale to MVI
Norvara has acted as financial advisor to the owners of Easy Partner in connection with MVI's establishment of a new platform in IT infrastructure for small and medium-sized companies

The company has shown impressive growth since its inception and today has 16 local offices with a customer list that spans all over Sweden.
In addition to Easy Partner, MVI is also investing simultaneously in DSolution, which originates in the Copy & Print sector and has developed over time towards outsourcing of IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity. The acquisition of Easy Partner and DSolution is laying the foundation for a new IT infrastructure platform for small and medium-sized companies with a total of approximately 150 employees distributed over 18 offices.
The partnership will enable the Company to further diversify its portfolio towards its customers and accelerate the Company and the platform's growth further.
