Norvara has acted as advisor and initiator of the formation of the Elvira Group, a new acquisition-driven and entrepreneurial land and plant group, in connection with RCL's involvement as owner partner.
About the Companies
Vabeko carries out contracts in critical infrastructure such as energy, water and road. The company is the market leader in emission-free projects with operations throughout Sweden but with focus on Mälardalen.
AIG (Asphalt in Gothenburg) performs asphalting in western Sweden, primarily after water, electricity and district heating works. Even minor road works, cycle paths, parking lots etc. Leading position in smaller asphalt projects in western Sweden.
Lilleby Construction carries out ground and civil engineering, rock handling and stone works in the Gothenburg area. The company has a particularly strong position in insurance matters.
About the Group
The Elvira Group brings together local land and civil engineering companies that continue to operate as owner-led businesses, with names, brands, employees and culture left in each company. The Group provides joint capacity, shared resources and references, and support in administration, financial control and continued acquisitions. Half of Elvira is owned by the entrepreneurs whose companies form the Group.

The Transaction
The transaction will form the Elvira group with Vabeko, AIG and Lilleby Entreprenad as the first three companies, and RCL will enter as its owner partner. Norvara has represented the owners of the three companies, which reinvest in the Group and continue to operate their operations.
