The company offers everything from simple company numbers to advanced integrated communication solutions and helps organizations across Sweden to create modern and efficient workplaces. The company is also active in Norway through its subsidiary Pingaway AS.
About the Acquirer
Telavox AB is the mobile operator only for companies — with over 1 million users from small companies to global groups. It offers cloud-based communication solutions in telephony, switchboard and AI services, and was founded in 2003 in Malmö. Today Telavox has about 500 employees with operations in the Nordic region and Benelux.
The Transaction
Frontdesk and Telavox have worked closely together for several years. Through the acquisition Telavox in Frontdesk takes its operations in Sweden and Norway into its own organisation and thereby strengthens its direct presence in the Nordic market. For Frontdesk, the transaction means a natural continuation – now as an integral part of the platform they have long worked closely with.
