About the Company
Morris Law is a Swedish full and service agency with a focus on business and law with about 70 employees in two offices. The company was founded in 2014 and has since had a rapid growth journey until today to translate about 170m with a wide offering within M&A, company law, property, dispute, labour law, commercial law, tax, environment to name a few.
AGRD Partners
AGRD Partners is an association of six of Sweden's leading business law firms: Allié, Born, Morris Law, Next, Synch and TM & Partners. Together, the group brings together approximately 250 employees in nine offices in Sweden.
A central management team and board of AGRD Partners are being set up. The Chairman of the Board is Maria-Pia Hope, with many years of experience in managing and developing leading business law businesses, most recently as Managing Partner at Vinge.
About the Acquirer
Axcel Partners is a Nordic venture capital company focusing on medium-sized companies that have been active since 1994 and have implemented over 70 platform investments and over 130 additional acquisitions to them.
