About the Acquirer
Markum is owned by Patrik Nilson and Mikael Graffman. Mikael Graffman has previously held CEO roles in the construction and real estate industry, including in Skanska and NCC, and has been a partner and Chairman of ABT The companies until the divestment in 2022. Patrik Nilson owns and currently operates several companies within real estate and VVS has previously operated MTB Mark & Trädgårdsbyggnadarna, which was divested to Vestum 2021.
